I am so excited to be headed to Palm Beach, Florida for a girls weekend this weekend!! I really believe that packing – the art of it and also WHAT you pack – is almost as important as the trip itself! Ladies, admit it.. we know we begin to obsess over packing before we even book our plane tickets somewhere.. who is with me??
So above are a few things I plan to throw in my suitcase for a weekend in Palm Beach: a chic cover-up that goes from pool to lunch, a versatile tote that can do double duty for the airplane as well as the Breakers spa/pool, and some fun colorful outfits to wear for dinner at Buccan and drinks al fresco. Although a part of me is feeling compelled to pack pink and green in a nod to the late Lilly Pulitzer, the famous Palm Beach resident who sadly just passed last week, known for her brightly colored floral prints. In any case, I can’t wait to spend some girly time on the boat, at the spa, and having cocktails!! Now if only that pesky “isolated thunderstorm” in the weekend forecast would be gone…
